ABOUT THE PROGRAM
-
This is a private, one-on-one coaching engagement — not a course, not a group program.
Over 12 weeks, we work through a structured curriculum together: building your personal travel rhythm, auditing your points and financial assets, designing your earning and redemption strategy, and creating the systems that keep it running after the program ends. Every session and exercise is applied directly to your situation.
-
The program moves through five phases:
Weeks 1–2: Foundation — Resetting your mindset around travel and designing a rhythm that fits your real life.
Weeks 3–4: Strategy — Auditing your points, cards, and travel assets; building your premium air strategy.
Weeks 5–6: Execution — Accelerating your points earning and completing your first (or next) meaningful booking.
Weeks 7–9: Systems — Building your Travel Operating System, work integration protocols, and experience design.
Weeks 10–12: Integration — Financial clarity, identity reinforcement, and a complete 12-month travel plan.
You leave with a strategy you built — and the systems to sustain it.
-
Each week includes one private 60-minute coaching session and a set of focused between-session exercises — typically 30 to 60 minutes of thoughtful work.
The exercises aren’t busywork. They’re the mechanism through which the program produces results. Clients who complete them consistently get significantly more from each session.
The program is designed to integrate into a full professional life — not compete with it.
-
No. Some clients arrive with substantial balances, multiple programs, and years of experience. Others are starting nearly from scratch.
The program begins with an honest audit of where you are — not where you think you should be. We build from your actual situation, not an assumed starting point.
LOGISTICS
-
The coaching engagement focuses on strategy, education, and decision-making — teaching you to evaluate and execute bookings confidently on your own.
If you’d like hands-on assistance with booking hotels, cruises, or curated travel experiences, that can be arranged separately through my travel-advisor affiliation. Participation is entirely optional and independent of the coaching program.
-
Plans often evolve — and that’s expected. Because this is delivered privately, we adjust in real time as your situation changes.
The goal isn’t to execute a single trip. It’s to build a repeatable approach you can rely on for years, regardless of how your plans shift along the way.
-
Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled within the program window with reasonable notice.
The focus is on steady progress, not rigid timelines. What matters is that the work gets done — not that it happens on a precise schedule.
-
This is a personalized, time-reserved engagement. Once the program begins, refunds are not offered.
If you have questions or reservations before enrolling, we’ll address them directly — the goal is to make sure the fit is right before we begin, not after.
AVAILABILITY & ENROLLMENT
-
Intentionally few. Because this is a one-on-one engagement that requires real attention and preparation, availability is limited by design.
Enrollment is accepted on a rolling basis as capacity allows. If you’re considering the program, it’s worth applying sooner rather than waiting.
-
You leave with a complete, documented 12-month travel plan — specific trips, strategies, and the systems to execute them independently.
The program is designed to be self-sustaining: a monthly 30-minute Travel OS review, your alert systems, and a clear decision framework keep everything running without ongoing coaching. Some clients choose to continue working together in other capacities, but nothing beyond the 12 weeks is required for this to be a complete, valuable experience.
